Rogers was very patient and knowledgeable and I truly appreciate his immediate contact upon learning of my concerns. I will be returning to Workout Anytime gym, and although customer service at the billing level could be done a little differently, the local level of service is much more important to me. Thank you Josh Rogers for taking the time satisfy my questions and concerns. ![]() Save your money and buy a membership somewhere else. Literally nothing any of the employees could do. I figured I would at least call in and try to talk with an employee about the situation? Turns out all of their billing is done through a third party system. I'm paying for two freaking months that I'm not even in town. Long story short, now I'm back in Florida (where the closest workout anytime is 2 hours away), and I'm paying for services up until May. I tried to call and cancel 3 days before I was charged (3 days before, 2 days before, and the day before), and I could not get a hold of any employees at the gym. I was in town for work (just a 2 month assignment) and the last day of my assignment fell right before the next billing period. ![]() They conveniently failed to mention that during their membership pitch. You have to cancel 30 days before your next billing period to avoid getting charged. Gym is crowded, messy, not to mention their cancellation terms.
